Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped from Las Vegas, NV. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Unforeseen circumstances may occur, if that is the case orders may take longer to get shipped. Once order has been placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive additional emails once your order has been shipped and delivered.
RETURNSAll sales are FINAL unless there is a defect in the garment.
PRE-ORDERS
In an effort to be as environmentally friendly as possible, certain collections will be pre-orders. Meaning, items will be made to order. Please allow 3-5 weeks for your order to be shipped. All sales are final for pre-orders due to the limited nature of each product. If we made a mistake with your order, we will take always take full responsibility and put you the customer first, and work to resolve the solution as quickly and efficiently as possible. EXCHANGESWe may be able to offer exchanges for damaged or mislabeled items may be exchanged for the correct size within 14 days of the order being placed. We are unable to provide exchanges for international orders but will always try our best.
